Returns & Exchanges

If any of the GYM ADKT products are not used, you can return them for a refund or exchange. Please email us regarding your request at henry@gymadkt.com.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will have you mail the products back to us. When your product arrives, we will check that the product has not been used and all the labels and the packaging are not damaged.  After that, we will ship you the new product. We'd ask you to pay the shipping costs for both the returned product and shipping of the new product to you.

Returns

For returns, we will issue a refund upon receipt of the unused product. Refund will be issued ony if the product is in it's original condition incluiding undamaged packaging and labels. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and getting new product (in case of an exchange) Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We suggest USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground or FedEx ground. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

We stand behind our product and care about our customers. If GYM ADKT products are damaged from normal use within 4 weeks from purchase/start of use, please contact us for a replacement.

If an issue occurs outside of this timeframe and you think your situation is unique please contact us at henry@gymadkt.com. We will work with you.
